Kyle Fischer came to Columbus, Georgia via the US Army JAG Corps in 2002,and has been working on behalf of Georgia plaintiffs since 2007. He was born in Vero Beach, Florida where he was raised and spent his summers in Indiana. Kyle attended the University of Central Florida where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1997 before receiving his law degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 2000 where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

After passing the Florida Bar, Kyle spent the next seven years fighting for Soldiers in the JAG Corps in South Korea, Georgia, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, while serving as an attorney in the US Army JAG Corps.  Kyle met his wife and resigned his commission in 2007 to remain in Columbus, Georgia where he continued to fight for those who fight for us in legal matters including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family Law.  In 2018, Kyle closed his practice to focus on Corporate Law and accepted the role of General Counsel of Aspirion Health Resources, a local Columbus company, where he leveraged his business acumen and law degree.

Today, Kyle handles personal injury lawsuits in Muscogee County and across Georgia, primarily focusing on cases where insurance companies have failed to pay what his clients deserve.   Kyle knows what a case is worth and tenaciously litigates when insurance companies and corporate defendants fail to pay the full value of his clients’ claims.
